Senior Interior Designer

NEXT Engineering Consultants is hiring a Senior Interior Designer with 5–10 years of experience to lead creative and technical aspects of interior design projects across residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead interior design concepts from schematic to final stages
• Prepare mood boards, materials, and FF&E selections
• Produce detailed drawings and high-quality 3D renderings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Supervise junior designers and manage project deadlines
• Ensure design compliance with project requirements and authority standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 5–10 years of interior design experience
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Corona or Vray
• Strong skills in interior detailing, shop drawings, and material selection
• Excellent time management and project coordination skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Available for immediate joining or within a short notice period.
