We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team and manage innovative design projects in the construction industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of modern design trends and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design process for various interior projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate interior design with overall project goals.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their vision, needs, and budget, presenting design concepts and adjustments accordingly.
• Create detailed design specifications, including color schemes, materials, and furnishings, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
• Supervise junior designers and provide mentorship, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and mood boards, to clients for approval.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) is preferred.
