We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team and manage innovative design projects in the construction industry.   Responsibilities
  
- 
   Lead and oversee the design process for various interior projects from conception to completion.

   Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate interior design with overall project goals.
  
- 
   Conduct client meetings to understand their vision, needs, and budget, presenting design concepts and adjustments accordingly.

   Create detailed design specifications, including color schemes, materials, and furnishings, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  
- 
   Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
  
- 
   Supervise junior designers and provide mentorship, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  
- 
   Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to enhance design quality and efficiency.
  
- 
   Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and mood boards, to clients for approval.
   
 
 
Requirements
- 
   Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  
- 
   Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  
- 
   Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
- 
   Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
  
- 
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  
- 
   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  
- 
   Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
- 
   Certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) is preferred.
