Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects and mentor a team of designers in our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a creative visionary with over 6 years of experience, possessing a strong ability to lead large-scale residential, high-end villa projects and encompassing interior design projects.

The Senior Interior Designer will have a strategic influence over design direction and play a key role in client management and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring design concepts are translated into high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with clients to define project goals, design preferences, and functional requirements.

• Develop comprehensive design proposals, including mood boards, 3D visualizations, detailed layouts, and technical drawings.

• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture that meet both aesthetic and budgetary goals.

• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate and communicate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and address any on-site issues.

• Stay updated on market trends, innovative design solutions, and emerging technologies to incorporate into project designs.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in high-end interior design, with leadership responsibilities.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design tools.

• Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience in managing high-profile clients.

• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and codes is preferred.
