Job Summary
The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for leading the design and delivery of interior design projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects, clients, and junior designers to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with brand standards, client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution.

Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, material selections, and FF&E specifications.

Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, and detailed construction documentation.

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design intent is met, and resolve issues.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and design direction.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and health & safety regulations.

Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in interior design, with proven project leadership.

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, technical skills, and completed projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and specifications.
