Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with proven experience in luxury residential villas to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage high-end projects from concept to completion while meeting client expectations for quality, detail, and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space planning for high-end residential villas.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications for execution.
• Conduct client meetings, understand lifestyle needs, and present design proposals professionally.
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, site engineers, and suppliers.
• Ensure designs are aligned with budget, timelines, and luxury quality standards.
• Select and specify finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and custom joinery.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
• Keep up to date with luxury design trends, materials, and international standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in luxury residential villa projects (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end villa interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, lighting, and space planning.
• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in the GCC / Qatar market is an advantage.
• Bilingual (Arabic / English)
