As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead innovative design initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of exceptional projects.

Role Overview

The Senior Interior Designer will oversee the complete design lifecycle — from initial concept development through final execution. This role demands strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and leadership capability to guide the design team while ensuring projects align with client expectations, budget parameters, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process from conceptualization to project handover.
• Develop concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, detailed drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into functional, innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Specify and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories in alignment with design intent and budget.
• Review, validate, and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor implementation and resolve design-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers to enhance team performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional interior design experience, including at least 5 years within the UAE fit-out industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit (preferred), and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of design trends, materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
