We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join one of global practice clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of high-profile international projects, taking responsibility from concept through to construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Development

Support the Lead Architect across all stages of design development.

Co-author, define, and evolve project briefs with clients and end users.

Lead the development of mood boards, material sample boards, and high-quality 3D visualisations.

Drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring design intent is achieved functionally, operationally, and aesthetically.

Oversee technical detailing, specification writing, and production of comprehensive interiors control books.

Ensure full compliance with local authority regulations, international codes, and relevant design standards.

Review and coordinate all drawing packages prior to issue.
Documentation & Compliance

Manage drawing and specification issuance procedures, including formal submissions and authority approvals.

Oversee local authority submissions and attend meetings to expedite approvals.

Maintain accurate project records, tracking schedules, NOCs, and resource allocation.

Monitor programme progress using MS Project and implement recovery strategies where required.
Consultant & Team Coordination

Lead coordination meetings with sub-consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

Ensure full integration and alignment of consultant packages prior to submission.

Track deliverables and ensure sub-consultant scopes are complete at each stage.

Oversee post-contract coordination, including review of shop drawings and construction documentation.
Quality Assurance & Team Management

Uphold quality standards and drafting protocols across all deliverables.

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely documentation issuance.

Mentor and manage Job Captains and Architects, contributing to performance reviews and professional development.

Promote efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Requirements
-
Minimum 6 years’ experience within an architectural or design practice.

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognised international university.

Strong BIM and Revit expertise with proven project delivery experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, consultants, and client relationships.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
