Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and manage site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The candidate should have solid experience in UAE construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management team.
• Monitor site progress and ensure project timelines are met.
• Review and implement method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Resolve technical issues and construction challenges at the site.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment planning.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Experience in high-rise building construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
