Senior Interior Designer

RiskOne HR Consulting is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Interior Designer to develop design proposals, select furnishings and decorative elements, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for professionals with strong aesthetic sensibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for transforming spaces through design.

Responsibilities:

• Select furniture, finishes, textiles, accessories, and decorative elements aligned with the client’s style and needs.
• Ensure all selections are functional and compatible with the dimensions and characteristics of space.
• Develop customized design proposals that reflect the client’s vision.
• Create clear, visually appealing presentations for client approval.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and ensure proposals remain within the assigned budget.
• Manage purchase orders (POs), confirm details, and coordinate shipments with the Logistics Coordinator.
• Maintain and update the client’s Project Binder with all relevant project information.
• Communicate any adjustments, changes, or additional client requests in a timely manner.
• Enhance client satisfaction through proactive, solution‑oriented service.
• Collaborate with the team and support related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Six to seven years of experience in interior design
• Bachelor Interior Design
• Work together with a team to create results
• Knowledge in AutoCad, Sketchup, and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
• Computer literate in: Microsoft Office, G-Suite(Sheets,Docs,Slides)
• Ability to work under pressure and comply with deadlines
