Senior Interior Designer (Luxury Hospitality & F&B)

Our client is a dynamic, international hospitality and high-end F&B consultancy and design studio, renowned for creating unique and award-winning spaces for some of the worlds leading luxury brands. With offices across Europe and the Middle East, they combine creative vision with operational insight to deliver truly exceptional hospitality experiences.

They are now seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their Dubai team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design leadership, conceptual flair, and project management experience within the luxury hospitality and F&B sectors.

Role Overview:

This role will lead the creative development and oversee interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring each design reflects the clients brand DNA and the studios commitment to excellence. You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and technical specialists, driving the creation of innovative and functional design solutions while maintaining the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present pre-concept and concept designs, working closely with senior leadership and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
• Lead and inspire junior designers and technical teams, ensuring design integrity and smooth coordination.
• Collaborate with the BIM/Revit team for detailed drawings and documentation.
• Oversee material selection, FF&E specifications, and site supervision to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain and enhance the firms design standards, processes, and material library.
• Stay abreast of design trends and innovations within the luxury hospitality and F&B space.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of interior design experience, with proven expertise in luxury hospitality or F&B design.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Strong conceptual, creative, and narrative development skills.
• Experience in managing project delivery, budgets, and client relationships.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM (specialist knowledge not required).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
• Experience working across MENA and/or European markets.

Good to Have:

• Sketching or AI-assisted design skills.
• Recognized design awards or contributions to notable high-end projects.
