Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to assess financial controls, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify financial risks. The role involves conducting audits, evaluating internal controls, and working closely with management to improve financial processes.

Key Responsiblities:

• Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with the approved audit plan
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments and business units
• Identify control weaknesses, gaps, and areas for improvement, and recommend practical solutions
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, documenting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective remediation
• Ensure audits are conducted in line with IIA standards and organizational policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and assess associated risks
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the annual audit plan.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CA (completed or finalist)
• Certification in internal auditing such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or ICIA
• Strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks
• Familiarity with IFRS and local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
