Senior Internal Auditor

What Will You Be Doing?

• Conducting risk-based process audits in line with the annual internal audit plan and reporting audit results,
• Following up on past internal audit findings,
• Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of risk management processes,
• Providing consultancy services upon request from senior management,
• Investigating reports or complaints received via the ethics hotline,
• Conducting investigations in cases of fraud or ethical violations and submitting ethics investigation reports to the Disciplinary Committee,
• Supporting Koç Holding audit activities,
• Monitoring and following up on issues identified in Koç Holding audit reports,
• Contributing to the update of the audit universe and the annual audit planning process.

What Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Law, Economics , Business Administration, Finance and Accounting.
• Min. 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in internal audit or external audit,
• Knowledge of International Internal Audit Standards and risk-based internal audit practices,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills,
• Well-developed reporting and task follow-up abilities,
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, CRMA, or CPA,
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python),
• Experience in fraud investigations,
• Familiarity with IT auditing and the COBIT framework,
• Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management and the COSO ERM framework.
