Job Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to several important disciplines within the Acquisitions and Development function within OUTRIGGER. Responsible for creating and maintaining a database of opportunities. Conduct global market research on beach resort destinations and supported investment decisions through financial modeling, IRR analysis, and feasibility assessments. The Investment Analyst will play an active role in developing and maintaining financial models for evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities, as well as ad hoc analysis to facilitate the decision-making process at the senior level.

Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required. 5 years of financial modeling experience and MBA in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

While base pay starts at $88,000- $95,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
