Senior Investment Analyst - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Deal Execution

 Develop comprehensive financial models for investment opportunities

 Lead end-to-end acquisition processes and ensure successful deal closure

 Prepare detailed Investment Committee (IC) memorandums and Deal Sourcing

Memo (DSM) for board presentations

 Conduct thorough financial analysis to optimize key performance indicators including

ERV, occupancy rates, dividend yields, and cost of debt

 Lead negotiations with brokers, sellers, and tenants for property acquisitions

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management

 Build and maintain strong relationships brokers, logistics companies, and industrial

players and prospective tenants

 Source off-market opportunities through industry networks

 Lead leasing proposal development and negotiations, including structuring

favourable terms and securing optimal tenant arrangements

Strategic Reporting-Portfolio Management

 Oversee property management reports to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment

 Develop and maintain acquisition pipeline assets and updates

 Generate regular reports on portfolio performance and investment opportunities

 Identify best practices of international real estate funds and suggest improvements to

financial models.

Requirement-

 Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/CFA

preferred)

 Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, private equity, or investment banking and is currently based in Dubai.

 Advanced expertise in financial modelling and Excel

 Proven track record in managing real estate acquisitions and negotiations

 Strong understanding of industrial/logistics real estate markets

 Outstanding communication and presentation skills

 Experience with real estate investment trusts or private equity

 Knowledge of MENA region real estate markets

 Proficiency in real estate financial modelling
