ADA is looking for a
Senior Investor Relations Manager/Investor Relations Director
to lead its investor relations efforts, engage effectively with investors and analysts, and communicate the company’s financial strategy and growth story. This role ensures transparency, regulatory compliance, and provides strategic insights to senior management, requiring strong financial expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in capital markets or listed company IR programs.
Investor Relations Strategy & Communication

Execute the ADQ IR Action Plan and expand ADA’s capital markets access.

Develop and communicate ADA’s equity story, investment case, and financial strategy to investors and analysts.

Plan and manage the annual IR calendar, including results announcements, investor events, and market disclosures.

Prepare and oversee earnings presentations, press releases, investor briefings, and Q&A materials.

Support management participation in earnings calls, investor meetings, and market events.

Maintain clear, consistent, and bilingual messaging across all investor and financial communications.
Market & Investor Engagement

Lead investor targeting and engagement programs to build strong relationships with institutional and retail investors.

Manage relationships with sell-side analysts, brokers, and other market participants.

Plan and coordinate Capital Markets Days, non-deal roadshows, and site visits.

Conduct shareholder and trading analysis to identify opportunities for diversification and engagement.

Prepare regular reports to the Group CFO and Board summarizing market activity, investor sentiment, and sector trends.
Governance, Disclosure & Compliance

Ensure compliance with ADX and SCA regulations, including accurate and timely filings.

Coordinate the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board Election processes.

Monitor share price, trading volumes, free float, and peer performance.

Integrate ESG and sustainability disclosures into investor communications in line with regulatory and ADX standards.

• Manage the IR website and digital platforms, ensuring up-to-date bilingual content and transparency.

• Support communication during sensitive or crisis situations (e.g. management changes, M&A activity, market volatility).
Internal Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Group Finance, Strategy, Communications, and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment of market messaging.

• Provide investor insights and market intelligence to senior management and the Board.

• Coach and mentor junior staff, embedding global best practices in investor relations.

• Drive the continuous improvement of ADA’s IR function through enhanced disclosure quality, stakeholder engagement, and process maturity.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CFA preferred).

Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications, ideally within a listed or capital markets-focused organization.

Strong financial literacy and understanding of valuation, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks (ADX/SCA).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
