Summary
Leading and developing the company’s investor relations strategy to enhance transparency and strengthen trust between the organization and its investors. Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and key analyses, while managing ongoing communication with analysts and investors.
The role also includes leading and executing investor relations activities during pre-IPO and post-IPO phases, conducting in-depth analyses of investors and investment projects, and establishing effective communication channels that ensure clarity of the company’s financial and strategic outlook and enhance its overall investment attractiveness.
Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of investor relations related to the Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Support the preparation of the prospectus and provide required financial and strategic information.

Build and maintain a comprehensive database of current and targeted investors.

Analyze investor behavior, trends, investment size, and their overall impact on the company or share value.

Prepare periodic analytical reports for executive management.

Identify gaps and opportunities to attract new investors.

Provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding high-value investment projects.

Prepare feasibility studies and assess project risks in coordination with finance and investment departments.

Analyze existing and new investment projects and evaluate their financial returns.

Monitor market performance and external factors affecting the company’s market valuation.

Maintain continuous communication with investors and respond to inquiries.

Represent the company in financial events, investor meetings, and investment conferences.

Coordinate with finance, legal, and governance departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of disclosures and shared information.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

5–8 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related investment field.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CMA, IFRS, Corporate Governance).

Direct experience in IPO projects is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and project valuation.

Strong communication skills with both local and international investors.
