Position Specific Description
This role will be supporting Power Delivery outage applications and interfaces which connect to the outage management system ADMS (mission critical system). There are over 20 interfaces to ADMS and 20+ outage applications that are used by the Power Delivery business unit to conduct restoration activities. This BA will work with all the applications and business owners for this portfolio including Power Delivery, Customer Service, and M&C to enhance the system for future possibilities.
This individual will be involved with analyzing business processes and practices to focus on the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet the business initiatives. This individual collaborates on an on-going basis with the business and technical project stakeholders and applies proven communications, analytical and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure the project deliverables meet specifications.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Acts as a project leader for significant projects
Working experience in test analysis, design, integration, and end-to-end testing
Offers technical solutions to solve complex problems
Ability to read and understand system code and intended functionality
Experience working in fast-paced Agile environment and Kanban team format
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Engineering
Experience: 5+ years
Preferred Qualifications
Analytical Problem Solving, Good Listening Skills, Team Player, Effective Written Communications, Effective Verbal Communications
