What you'll do:

• Lead digital transformation strategies across web, data, and marketing functions
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee web platforms, digital products, and user experience optimization
• Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights
• Manage digital marketing performance across SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and marketers
• Implement automation, digital tools, and process optimization initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, digital performance metrics, and ROI across channels
• Identify new technologies and innovation opportunities to enhance business growth

Requirements:
