We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of high-impact projects across multiple industries. You won’t just track timelines—you will define delivery strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.

You will act as the central point of coordination between technical teams, business leaders, and clients, ensuring that every project delivers measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.

Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between clients, executives, and technical teams. Translate business needs into actionable plans.

Team Leadership:
Guide cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and vendors. Foster accountability and collaboration.

Risk & Quality Management:
Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Process Optimization:
Continuously improve delivery frameworks, workflows, and reporting standards.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
8+ years in IT project management, with at least 3 years leading large-scale or enterprise-level projects.

Certifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.

Technical Understanding:
Strong familiarity with software development lifecycles, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Communication Skills:
Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation abilities.

Language Skills:
English (C1) required; Arabic is a plus.

Mindset:
You are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented. You know how to balance delivery speed with quality and stakeholder expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
