Senior IT Support Officer

Description

• Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows client operating systems along with supporting software.
• Handle day-to-day system operations, provide user support, and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply the latest techniques to accelerate laptop and desktop deployments. · Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
• Install and configure both network and local printers.
• Maintain and manage IT inventory.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal skills

Education

Graduate preferably in Computer Science / IT

Experience

At least 1 years of relevant experience.
