Senior Key Account Manager (Operator) - Mobile Industry

Cairo, Egypt

Job Responsibility

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, including territory planning, sales quotas, and compensation models
  • Lead the sales forecasting process, providing accurate and timely reports to senior management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and strategic challenges

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

  • Design, implement, and refine sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce sales cycles, and improve conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize the sales technology stack, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and business intelligence platforms
  • Develop and maintain sales policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sales channels

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance at individual, team, and regional levels
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights on performance, pipeline health, and customer behavior
  • Prepare and present regular reports to sales leadership and executives on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives

Sales Enablement & Support:

  • Own the onboarding and training process for new sales representatives on our sales tools, processes, and methodologies
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, resolving operational issues and helping them work more efficiently
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration

Channel Management & Logistics:

  • Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and manage the sales order process from order to delivery
  • Support sales channels, including retail partners, e-commerce, and wholesale, with operational needs, promotions, and data reporting

Requirements

  • Key Account Manager (Operator) - Mobile Industry
  • Experience Requirement:
  • o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same title (Key Account Manager).
  • o Experience must be directly relevant to mobile operator accounts.
  • Role Overview:
  • o Will be responsible for managing and growing key operator accounts within the mobile industry.
  • o Directly dealing with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
  • o Candidates may also currently hold related titles such as Category Manager or Buyer (with operator experience).
  • Required Expertise:
  • o Experience in working with mobile applications, operator accounts, and mobiles.
