Role Summary

Responsible for managing strategic key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships. The role focuses on maximizing client value, leading account strategies, and ensuring high-quality client experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

  • 5–7 years in account management or business development.
  • Experience with key or strategic accounts.
  • Experience with government or large clients is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong account management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans.
  • Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor opportunities and support proposal development.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and renewals.
  • Prepare reports on account performance and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data.
