Senior Lab Technician

• Key Responsibilities
• Advanced Testing & Analysis: Perform advanced laboratory tests, conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret findings to generate results and support scientific inquiries.
• Lab Operations Management: Supervise the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Equipment & Supply Management: Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments and equipment, and manage the ordering and inventory of necessary supplies and chemicals.
• Data Management & Reporting: Accurately record all laboratory data and test results in specified formats and prepare reports or research papers based on findings.
• Mentorship & Training: Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to junior technicians and researchers, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, maintaining quality control checks and complying with all safety guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with scientists, technicians, and other personnel to develop new methods, support project goals, and manage workflows.
