Senior Land Surveyor (Dubai Bridges/Roads Experience Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team for a major infrastructure project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in roads, bridges, utilities, and large-scale construction projects, preferably within Dubai RTA projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all surveying activities on site for infrastructure works.
• Conduct topographic, control, and construction surveys for roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, and coordinates.
• Supervise survey teams and ensure accuracy of all setting out and leveling works.
• Coordinate with site engineers, planning team, and QA/QC for survey requirements.
• Ensure all survey works comply with RTA standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and review survey reports, as-built drawings, and calculations.
• Operate and manage equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and Leica instruments.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities for survey approvals and inspections.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to HSE standards during survey operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in land surveying.
• Mandatory experience in Dubai infrastructure projects (Roads / Bridges / Utilities).
• Strong knowledge of RTA standards, procedures, and survey requirements.
• Proficiency in survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
• Hands-on experience with modern surveying equipment (Leica / Trimble / GPS).
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with main contractors on RTA projects.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
