Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is hiring a Senior Landscape Architect to join its growing Dubai design team. The role involves leading the design and delivery of creative public realm, landscape, and urban development projects. The successful candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams, coordinate across design disciplines, and ensure high-quality project delivery from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, design, and present high-quality landscape architecture concept and technical drawings.
* Oversee preparation of detailed design and tender documentation for large-scale public realm projects.
* Manage project contracts, budgets, and cost estimates in collaboration with quantity surveyors.
* Lead and mentor junior landscape architects and designers within the team.
* Coordinate effectively with other disciplines, including civil, structural, MEP, irrigation, and architecture teams.
* Liaise regularly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that design solutions meet expectations and project goals.
* Administer contracts, review site progress, and support construction administration phases.
* Develop landscape maintenance plans and post-construction care strategies.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards across all project phases.
* Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance project quality and efficiency.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from a recognized university.
* Minimum 7 years of continuous professional experience in landscape architecture.
* Strong understanding of local construction methods, landscape standards, and Dubai authority regulations.
* Excellent design and presentation skills, with a commitment to creative and sustainable design.
* Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Rhino; familiarity with 3D modeling tools preferred.
* Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, with experience managing client relations.
* Professional chartership or affiliation with a recognized body (CMLI, ASLA, ALIA) preferred.
* Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
