A licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with advanced lash extension skills. You’re passionate about creating flawless lash looks and polished brows, with artistry and precision that wow clients. What You’ll Do

• Apply Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions styles.
• Highly proficient at applying industry leading pre-made fans.
• Provide lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, waxing and shaping
• Consult with guests to create customized lash and brow looks
• Educate guests on lash/brow aftercare and support retail sales
• Deliver luxury service in a high-demand, 5-star environment
• Be comfortable identifying and recommending service upgrades, homecare regimens, and retail products
• Provide 5-star guest experiences across all specialties

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional lash application standards
• Prioritize lash health, safety, and sanitation
• Stay current with trends and techniques in lash artistry
• Collaborate with teammates to maximize guest satisfaction
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and studio culture

Required Qualifications

• Valid Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Lash Extension–Only license not accepted)
• Minimum 5 years of consistent, in-salon experience performing Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions
• Hands-on experience with lash lifts and brow laminations
• Strong history of cross-selling services and retail products
• Strong technical precision and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience performing facials/advance skincare in a salon/spa environment for at least the last 2 years

Pay: $39,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
