Senior Lead – Direct corporate

Job Responsibilities: ‍

Drive new business in the Direct Corporate portfolio by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring service quality to achieve growth and profitability.
Manage the renewal portfolio by tracking cycles, engaging clients, and implementing retention strategies to maintain persistent targets.
Develop and monitor operational processes and service standards, ensuring compliance and taking corrective actions to maintain service excellence and regulatory adherence.
Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze customer approaches, and identify opportunities to enhance market positioning and growth.
Recruit, train, and develop Direct Corporate employees through coaching and professional development to strengthen team capabilities.
Prepare and analyze production reports, align with MIS, and implement corrective actions to improve business performance.
Maintain and expand a network of contacts, engaging stakeholders to understand requirements and drive business success and client retention.

Job Qualifications: ‍

7 – 10 years of experience in account management or corporate sales, preferably within the insurance industry
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, General Surgery, or Internal Medicine or a related field
Postgraduate studies, such as LUMA certification, are an advantage.
