What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead – Finance Transformation Project Office who will join our team at Finance Beko B.V.

• Coordinate and manage the monthly financial closing process for Beko B.V.
• Lead and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes for Beko B.V.
• Perform detailed and insightful variance analysis across P&L and balance sheet items for Beko B.V. subsidiaries, comparing actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Prepare comprehensive financial performance analyses, identifying key drivers and explaining variances across actuals, budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Coordinate and manage the financial aspects of corporate restructuring projects across the group, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Analyze and model various restructuring scenarios, including legal mergers, spin-offs, liquidations, and de-mergers, to evaluate financial and operational impacts.
• Assess and quantify potential restructuring costs, identify synergy opportunities (e.g., cost savings, tax optimization), and calculate project payback periods.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, financial projects and operational teams to ensure feasibility and compliance of proposed restructuring structures.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and scenario analysis presentations to the CFO and other senior stakeholders.
• Track and manage post-completion financial obligations of M&A transactions, including settlements, adjustments, and related financial follow-ups.
• Lead the end-to-end preparation of Board of Directors meeting materials, including agendas and presentations
• Ad-hoc financial analysis, data requests and reports.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
• Minimum 8 years experience in audit, financial controlling, financial reporting or related fields is plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English along with presentation skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Having strong IFRS background is plus
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & consumer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
