What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead – Financial Controlling & Analysis who will join our Financial Controlling Beko Europe B.V. Directorate in Beko Corporate.
- Participate the process of international group companies and direct sales regions` financial control and performance, analysis and planning,
- Follow international group companies and direct sales regions’ budget and forecasting process with both financial and commercial perspectives,
- Make detailed and explanatory variance analysis across PL/BS items (actual/budget/forecast/last year),
- Meet strict reporting deadline with delivery of timely and accurate reporting,
- Ad-hoc financial analysis, projects, data requests and reports,
- FP&A cycles of budgeting, forecasting process support and specific OPEX streams lead,
- Cost Control & Management for Operating Expenses (Europe Central Functions area), in business partnership with functional leaders,
- Month end close and monthly forecasts, perform Cost Center and Balance Sheet analysis,
- Support to identify cost discipline and improvement opportunities to drive profitability for the company,
- In-month analysis to mitigate risks and anticipate key discussions; tools and reports enhancement.
The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
- Having a min 8 years experience in audit, financial controlling, financial reporting or related fields is plus,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Having strong IFRS background is plus,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
