What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead – Partnerships & Event Management who will join our team at Global Brand Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Drive end-to-end partnership processes, including negotiation, contract finalization, and implementation — ensuring compliance and maximizing business impact.
• Continuously explore innovative partnership models, sponsorships, and collaborations that elevate brand equity and deliver measurable value.
• Manage partnership executions based on predefined KPIs and timelines, acting as a true business partner who proactively identifies opportunities and turns insights into impactful actions.
• Plan and manage all contracted items in line with partnership agreements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to create synergy and deliver successful executions.
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with all partners by understanding their needs, expectations, and challenges.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.
