Senior-Lead SailPoint Developer

As a senior or lead SailPoint developer within Enterprise Technology Services Security team, you'll use your expertise to develop, support, and maintain applications for our Identity Management Service team. In this role, you'll work closely with our team and stakeholders to design and execute solutions and translate business requirements into actionable development tasks. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be pivotal in shaping identity and access management solutions including helping to tackle complex issues, enhancing technology capabilities, and delivering innovative security solutions. This position also involves developing and deploying security components and supporting engineering activities (e.g., server builds and software upgrades). You may also contribute to and help shape modernization initiatives to eliminate technical debt and adopt cloud technologies. Participation in the on-call support rotation required.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Preferred skills
  • Proven experience developing in SailPoint IdentityIQ using BeanShell, including implementing and troubleshooting IdentityIQ rules, workflows, aggregation, and refresh tasks
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, with a focus on Identity & Access management, authentication, and authorization (e.g., RACF, LDAP, Active Directory, EntraID AD, SAML, OAuth, RBAC)
  • Demonstrated expertise in application integrations, including leveraging SailPoint-provided connectors to integrate with enterprise systems, as well as a solid understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, with familiarity in LEAN principles and SCRUM methodologies

Compensation
  • $115,000-$150,000/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30-40% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
