Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Senior Residential Leasing Manager
to lead their residential leasing team and drive the occupancy and profitability of their property portfolio across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE's real estate market, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and strong leadership skills. This role is crucial for developing and executing effective leasing strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lease Management and Administration:

Oversee all leasing activities, including property viewings, tenant screenings, and the preparation and processing of lease agreements and related documentation.

Ensure all leasing contracts, transactions, and practices are in full compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations (e.g., RERA).

Monitor rent collection and address any delinquencies in a timely fashion.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and leasing databases.
Sales and Leasing Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve and exceed occupancy targets for residential and/or commercial properties.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to inform and adjust leasing strategies.

Drive sales initiatives for both existing and new properties, including off-plan projects.

Create and oversee effective marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads and attract potential tenants.
Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of leasing agents and property consultants to maximize their performance and potential.

Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales skills, and negotiation abilities.

Manage the team's lead generation and conversion processes, ensuring a high level of productivity.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, and other key stakeholders.

Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients and complex lease negotiations.

Ensure a seamless and positive experience for potential tenants from initial inquiry to move-in.

Address and resolve tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, leasing velocity, and revenue generated.

Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to senior management on team performance and market insights.

Utilize data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 -10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and leasing, in a senior management role.

Mandatory experience within the UAE real estate market.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including specific areas like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the various free zones.

Deep understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations in the UAE (e.g., RERA).

Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
