Leasing Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Senior Manager to lead leasing strategies and drive occupancy and revenue growth across our retail and commercial properties.

The role will focus on attracting high-quality tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a strong tenant mix while building long-term relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets

• Lead lease negotiations with prospective and existing tenants

• Identify and attract high-quality tenants to maintain an optimal tenant mix

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and stay competitive

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants

• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, finance, and legal

• Monitor leasing performance and provide reports to senior management

• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management

• Strong experience in retail or commercial leasing

• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills

• Leadership experience managing leasing teams

• Strong financial and analytical skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field

• Professional certifications such as RICS, ICSC, or CPM are a plus
