Main Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing leasing agreements for retail and commercial units in line with approved leasing strategies and occupancy targets.

Job Title: Leasing Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential tenants and brands to expand the leasing pipeline.

• Conduct market research to assess demand and identify new leasing opportunities.

• Maintain an updated tenant database and active deal pipeline records.

• Coordinate with the Tenant Mix Planner to ensure strategic alignment.

• Present leasing proposals and negotiate commercial terms with prospective tenants.

• Ensure lease agreements align with approved pricing strategies.

• Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for contract processing and approvals.

• Close leasing deals within defined timelines and targets.

• Ensure leasing proposals comply with tenant mix guidelines and asset positioning.

• Avoid duplication or misalignment within the asset’s commercial strategy.

• Escalate tenant mix conflicts or deviations to the Leasing Manager.

• Prepare leasing documentation and secure required internal approvals.

• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in CRM systems.

• Maintain adherence to authority levels, pricing frameworks, and governance policies.

• Follow up on ongoing negotiations and renewal opportunities.

• Support tenant onboarding in coordination with Mall Management.

• Address tenant concerns and escalate operational matters when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–7 years of total professional experience.

• Proven background in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or business development roles.

• Experience within mall or mixed-use developments is preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage pipelines, targets, and compliance requirements effectively.
