Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for occasional remote work. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, managing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue. Maintaining a customer-focused approach will be integral to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development, and sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in identifying client needs and delivering custom solutions.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and sales analysis tools.
• Familiarity with financial services products and an understanding of the industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment with excellent time management skills.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and foster client trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is highly desirable.
