Job descriptionWe are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at IDG company

Responsibilities:

· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

· Preparing and sending offers.

· Preparing and signing the reservation form.

· A commitment to excellent sells.

· Preparing MPR

· Answering client questions about payment terms, products, prices, and availability.

· Attending conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.

· Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.

· Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers

· Market intelligence.

  • Collaborate with the team on pricing strategy and account management implementation plans.

· Develop organized and differentiated offerings.

· Documents full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, including won and lost reasons.

· Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

· Manage a well-qualified and consistent sales pipeline.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in Sales
  • Experience of working with retailers, resellers, factory sales is a must
  • Strong Sales, Operational & CRM background
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • English language: Fluent both written and spoken
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
