provides strategic legal guidance, manages contracts, ensures regulatory compliance (property, environmental, zoning), oversees litigation and risk, and leads the legal team, focusing on land acquisition, property development, transactions, and corporate governance to align legal strategy with business goals. Key duties involve due diligence, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and advising senior management on complex real estate laws and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Strategy & Advisory: Develop legal strategies, advise senior management on real estate transactions, land acquisition, zoning, and emerging laws.

Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for land, construction, partnerships, leases, and procurement.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to property, environmental, labor, and corporate laws; implement compliance policies.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in operations and transactions, protecting company interests.

Litigation & Disputes: Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, managing external counsel.

Due Diligence: Lead meticulous legal due diligence for land/property purchases.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with investors, authorities, auditors, and external lawyers.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the in-house legal team.

Essential Qualifications:

LLB/JD degree from a recognized university, LLM or MBA in Legal Management preferred.

Significant experience (10+ years) in real estate law, corporate law, contracts, and litigation.

Strong knowledge of property laws, land regulations, and real estate transactions.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience with regulatory bodies and statutory authorities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
