Legal Advisor

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal guidance, ensuring statutory compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and safeguarding the company’s legal interests. The role involves handling contracts, employment matters, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.

Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Advisory & Compliance

• Provide legal advice and opinions to management on business, operational, and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations (Companies Act, Contract Law, Labour Laws, etc.).
• Monitor legal risks and recommend preventive and corrective actions.

Documentation & Contracts

• Draft, review, vet, and negotiate agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, SLAs, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and handover/declaration documents.
• Ensure all legal documents are legally sound and aligned with company policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
