Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior and experienced Manager with an MBA in Operations Management & Finance and strong knowledge of contractual matters to oversee office operations, financial management, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall office operations
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and reporting
• Prepare, review, and analyze MIS and management reports
• Handle contractual documents, agreements, renewals, and compliance
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, legal advisors, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, timelines, and company policies
• Support senior management in strategic and operational decisions

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in Operations Management & Finance
• 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in operations, finance, and contracts
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms, agreements, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and office management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
