Job Description:
As a Senior Legal Associate at RERA Easy, you will independently manage RERA-related litigations, draft necessary legal documents, and represent clients in court. Your deep understanding of real estate laws and strong drafting skills will be crucial in advocating for our clients. You will also ensure that all legal work aligns with the current regulations and assist in maintaining smooth operations within the legal department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drafting legal documents, such as legal notices, plaints, complaints, affidavits in replies, rejoinders, sur-rejoinders, and written statements, pertaining to litigations.
· Managing RERA-related litigations and disputes.
· Representing clients during court appearances and hearings.
· Ensuring all legal documentation complies with real estate laws and regulations.
· Overseeing day-to-day operations of the legal department to ensure legal compliance.
· Collaborating with internal teams to meet legal deliverables on time.
· Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on RERA and real estate-related matters.
· Maintaining strong client relations and ensuring proper documentation is gathered for cases.

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of practicing experience in litigation, preferably in real estate-related cases.
