Al-Shiddi Law Firm invites applications from exceptionally qualified and experienced legal professionals to take on the pivotal role of Senior Legal Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Deliver comprehensive, strategic legal consultations on diverse and complex issues, guiding clients to optimal outcomes.
• Case Leadership: Take ownership of complex cases, thoroughly studying and analyzing their legal status to determine and execute the most effective course of action.
• High-Quality Drafting: Draft and perfect essential legal documentation, including lawsuits, sophisticated memoranda of reply, and detailed appeal briefs.
• Document Mastery: Expertly draft, amend, and review all forms of legal agreements, including contracts, official correspondence, and legal memoranda.
• Regulatory Foresight: Actively monitor and interpret changes in Saudi laws and regulations, proactively providing strategic updates and reports to anticipate client needs.
• Client Partnership: Act as a trusted partner, seamlessly understanding client requests and preparing necessary documents to deliver expert, decisive advice.
• Legal Research: Conduct and prepare in-depth legal studies and research to underpin case strategies and firm knowledge.

Mandatory Requirements

What You Must Bring

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in the legal field within Saudi Arabia, accrued in a respected private practice or a rigorous in-house environment.
• Education: A respected degree in Law or Sharia from a recognized local or international university.
• Legal Command: Thorough and current command of Saudi laws and regulations, coupled with the ability to swiftly analyze novel legal issues.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking skills and a verifiable history of successful case outcomes and strategic advisory delivery.
• Bilingual Fluency: Complete professional fluency in both Arabic and English, with outstanding written and oral communication skills in both languages-essential for drafting and negotiation.
• Professional Grit: Proven capability to thrive under pressure, consistently adhering to strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
