Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

Employment Type: Full-time

QAULIFICATIONS

• Law degree from a recognized university,
• Up to 5 years of experience as a legal counsel, with expertise in Intellectual, Property Law (FSEK), Law of Obligations, Enforcement Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Excellent command of Legal English, including written communication, negotiation, and contract analysis skills,
• No travel restrictions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and report on domestic and international legal disputes involving the holding’s subsidiary companies across all corporate legal fields,
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, protocols, notices, and other legal documents while ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and counterparties,
• Manage and track legal and official correspondence efficiently,
• Stay up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory changes, and provide reports accordingly,
• Deliver solution-oriented legal opinions, prepare briefing notes, and offer legal support to relevant departments,
• Ensure internal company processes comply with applicable laws and regulations, conduct risk assessments for cases and contracts, and implement preventive legal measures,
• Maintain an organized and accessible legal archive,
• Provide consolidated legal reports to management as required.
