Position : Senior Legal Counsel

Location : Etiler, Istanbul

Employment Type : Full-time


Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university,
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a legal counsel, with solid knowledge of Intellectual Property Law, Law of Obligations, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law,
  • Strong analytical abilities and a solution-oriented mindset,
  • Advanced Legal English skills, including drafting, negotiation, and contract review,
  • Ability to work under demanding schedules and adapt to intense workloads when required,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • No travel limitations,
  • An LL.M. degree and registration with the UK Bar would be considered a strong advantage.


Job Description;

  • Track, evaluate, and regularly report all domestic and international legal disputes involving the holding’s subsidiaries across various legal domains,
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, protocols, notices, and other legal documents, ensuring smooth coordination with relevant internal teams and counterparties,
  • Manage legal and official correspondence in an organized and timely manner,
  • Monitor legislative updates, case law developments, and regulatory changes, and prepare informative reports for related departments,
  • Provide legal assessments, prepare briefing notes, and offer practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders,
  • Conduct risk evaluations for disputes and contracts, ensure internal processes comply with applicable regulations, and implement preventive legal strategies,
  • Maintain a structured and accessible legal documentation archive,
  • Prepare consolidated legal reports for senior management when requested.
