Senior Legal Counsel- Corporate/ M&A/Commercial – Saudi Arabia

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a renowned organisation in Saudi Arabia, with a strong presence across the GCC and a well-established position in the food and beverage sector. The successful candidate will join a growing legal team, providing expert advice on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on M&A and corporate governance.

Applicants should ideally have 5–7 years of post-qualification experience and be qualified in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong exposure to international legal frameworks, including hands-on experience with cross-border transactions and a broad range of business law matters. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within an international law firm environment.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: up to SAR 40,000 per month, plus bonus and benefits (such as housing, education allowance, medical insurance etc)
