Position: Senior Legal Manager
Location: Thane
Department: Legal, Compliance & Business Development
Reports To: Managing Partner
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Your Impact & Responsibilities

1. Legal Strategy & Compliance Leadership

  • Be the company’s trusted legal advisor, guiding management on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues.
  • Oversee contract drafting, negotiations and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and safeguard interests.
  • Manage litigation and disputes with efficiency, leveraging both in-house expertise and external counsel.

2. Business Development & Growth Initiatives

  • Play a frontline role in expanding the company’s client base and service offerings.
  • Build long-term client relationships and position the company as a trusted legal and strategic partner.
  • Actively contribute to growth strategies, new revenue streams, and market expansion plans.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry platforms, and strategic discussions to enhance brand presence.

3. Client Engagement & Negotiation

  • Collaborate directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized legal-business solutions.
  • Lead negotiations on high-stakes contracts and agreements.
  • Act as a bridge between clients’ business goals and legal safeguards, ensuring win–win outcomes.

4. Leadership & Mentorship

  • Inspire and mentor the legal team to deliver excellence.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation and collaboration across departments.
  • Lead internal knowledge sessions on compliance, risk, and business development for continuous growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in legal practice with proven exposure to business development, client management and strategic advisory.
  • Mindset: A leader who is not only legally sound but also entrepreneurial, growth-driven and client-oriented.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong client engagement and networking abilities.
  • Business acumen with a sharp eye for opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically and balance risk with business needs.
