Senior Lighting Designer

Role Description

ALUZO is looking for a Senior Lighting Designer to join our growing team.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced lighting professional capable of managing projects from concept to completion while leading and supporting the design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lighting design projects from initial client meetings to final delivery .
• Develop lighting concepts, strategies, and design narratives.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients and stakeholders .
• Select and specify lighting fixtures in coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project.
• Attend and lead design and coordination meetings .
• Supervise and guide junior lighting designers .
• Provide training and support for new team members .
• Produce lighting calculations and technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in architectural lighting design.
• Strong design background with a good understanding of architecture and spatial design.
• Ability to independently manage projects from A to Z
• Proficiency in 3D software, Photoshop, and DIALUX .
• Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
