Job Description: Senior Litigation Lawyer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer with over 15 years of litigation and dispute-resolution experience, focused on strategic advisory, case management, and legal analysis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, and proven ability to understand client’s needs.

Preference will be given to UAE Nationals (Emirati), though applications from qualified professionals of other nationalities will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and define litigation and dispute strategy across all assigned matters, from pre-dispute assessment to resolution.

2. Conduct legal risk analysis, merits evaluation, and exposure assessment for complex and high-value disputes.

3. Supervise case preparation, legal research, and submissions by junior lawyers and legal officers.

4. Manage and resolve disputes, including litigation and arbitration.

5. Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

6. Develop internal policies, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.

7. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and contribute to business strategy from a legal perspective.

8. Oversee and manage the full litigation lifecycle, including timelines, procedural milestones, and documentation control.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law (Master’s or LLM is an advantage).

• 15+ years of litigation and dispute-resolution experience within the UAE

• Strong command of UAE laws and regulations.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Proven ability to handle high-value, complex cases.
