Senior Litigation Paralegal

DJC LAW, PLLC, is looking for an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for our San Antonio location. In this role, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that our clients are receiving the highest level of care from case sign-up to settlement. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and be a personable self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage deadlines.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, provide comprehensive support on various litigation matters and assist attorney in all phases of the litigation process.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis on case-specific issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information
- Assist in trial preparation and attend trials when needed
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as required

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on project management
- Proficiency in contract review and analysis
- Strong background in providing executive administrative support within a legal setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with legal software such as iManage and Westlaw
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation Law is a plus
- Experience in Administrative tasks related to Family Law cases
- Strong clerical skills to handle documentation effectively

-Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour
