Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury Law Firm

Salary Range: $65,000 – $72,500/year (commensurate with experience)

Location: Freehold, NJ – Fully Onsite (8:20 AM – 4:20 PM)

Work Schedule: Full-time

The Opportunity:
Trustpoint.One is partnering with a respected 25-year-old Personal Injury law firm in Freehold, NJ, in its search for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their close-knit and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys being an integral part of a small, highly dedicated team.

You’ll work alongside three attorneys (including the firm’s founder), contributing to a long-standing, successful practice that values precision, teamwork, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle court filings, correspondence, and general communications with courts and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and assist with pro forma motions and related litigation documents.
• Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date.
• Facilitate lien acquisition and related administrative tasks.
• Draft correspondence, discovery documents, and other legal materials as needed.
• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation with efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a Plaintiff or Defense Personal Injury law firm required.
• Strong typing and word processing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a small team environment—flexible, dependable, and proactive.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
