Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of litigation case files, including drafting the lawsuits, deposition scheduling, discovery drafting and finalizing, mediation scheduling.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research tools to support case strategies across areas like environmental law, estate planning, tribal law, patent law, and workers' compensation law
- Draft, proofread, and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing deposition summaries, and managing witness information
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information for ongoing cases while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, court filings, and case milestones to ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements
- Utilize document management systems like iManage for efficient storage and retrieval of case materials while maintaining meticulous records
- Provide executive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a law office setting with a minimum of several years’ litigation support experience
- Extensive knowledge of litigation procedures across multiple practice areas including family law, securities law, landlord-tenant law, immigration law, personal injury law, UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), and tribal regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong legal research skills utilizing Westlaw and LexisNexis to gather relevant case law and statutory information
- Proficiency in legal administrative software such as PCLaw or similar case management tools; experience with document review platforms is preferred
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting pleadings, memos, reports, and correspondence that are clear and persuasive
- Effective proofreading and transcription abilities ensuring accuracy in all legal documents
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, record keeping, and document management system use
- Knowledge of personal injury law and trial.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
